GlobalKeyz built the GlobalKeyz Dealer app as a free app for authorized dealers, distributors, finance partners, and internal GlobalKeyz operations teams. This service is provided by GlobalKeyz at no cost to approved users and is intended for use as provided.
By using the GlobalKeyz Dealer app or related GlobalKeyz services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. We use the information we collect to provide, secure, operate, support, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

- Photos, documents, and files uploaded during registration or finance workflows, such as profile photos, Aadhaar or identity document images, customer signatures, and device-related documents.
- Device command and audit information, including lock, unlock, reminder, camera control, location request, EMI restriction, release, and command timeline events.
- Technical and diagnostic information such as IP address, device name, operating system version, app version, network status, timestamps, crash/error information, and app usage events needed for security and support.
Permissions Used By The App
The GlobalKeyz Dealer app may request device permissions only when needed for app functionality:
- Camera: used for IMEI barcode scanning, profile photo capture, and document photo capture.
- Internet and network state: used to connect securely with GlobalKeyz servers, login, sync records, create enrollments, and send authorized commands.
How We Use Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To create and manage approved GlobalKeyz user accounts.
- To register customer devices and generate enrollment or provisioning QR codes.
- To manage key quotas, dealer hierarchy, device inventory, EMI records, finance details, and reports.
- To send authorized managed-device commands and show command results, alerts, status, and audit history.

Location Information
The Dealer app itself does not request Android location permission from the dealer's phone. However, authorized users may request or view location information for managed customer devices where the device setup, permissions, and applicable law allow it. Such location-related information is used only for approved device management, finance protection, recovery, support, and audit purposes.

The app may use third-party libraries, platform services, or hosting providers that process information needed to operate the service. These providers may collect technical data according to their own policies. Examples may include:
