Data Deletion Request

Authorized GlobalKeyz users can request account deletion or deletion of eligible personal data connected with the GlobalKeyz Dealer app.

How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of your GlobalKeyz Dealer app account or associated personal data, send an email to support@globalkeyz.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include the following details so we can verify and process your request:

  • Your full name.
  • Your registered phone number or email address.
  • Your dealer code, firm name, or user role if available.
  • Whether you want account deletion, deletion of specific data, or correction/removal of uploaded documents.

What Data May Be Deleted

After verification, eligible data may include:

  • Dealer profile details such as name, phone number, email address, and firm details.
  • Dealer interest or password reset request details.
  • Uploaded profile photos or documents that are not required for active business, audit, finance, legal, or security purposes.
  • Other personal data associated with your GlobalKeyz Dealer app account where deletion is permitted.

What Data May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when required for legitimate business, security, legal, contractual, audit, compliance, or finance-related reasons. This may include:

  • Device enrollment, IMEI, managed-device, command, and audit history records.
  • Key quota, transaction, finance, EMI, or dealer hierarchy records.
  • Records needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, support customers, comply with law, or maintain platform security.

Where retention is required, we will limit use of retained data to the required purpose.

Processing Time

We will review deletion requests after verifying the requester. Eligible deletion requests are generally processed within a reasonable period, subject to operational, legal, audit, and security requirements.
