Fresh device activation

Set up a factory-reset phone for GlobalKeyz protection.

This handoff flow is for newer Android devices where direct custom DPC provisioning is restricted. It uses the setup DPC first, then transfers ownership to GlobalKeyz.

Scan setup QR

From the factory-reset welcome screen, scan the setup QR shown in Dealer app.

Choose work setup

Select Work / Use for work only, then finish setup DPC provisioning.

Install GlobalKeyz

Download and install the signed GlobalKeyz DPC APK on this phone. When Android shows App installed, tap Done. Do not tap Open. Then return here and tap Prepare DPC Enrollment.

Tap Prepare only after the GlobalKeyz DPC APK is installed and you have tapped Done on the installer screen.

If this page opened without enrollment values, type the token and device id shown in Dealer app.

Transfer owner

Use the official TestDPC app to transfer ownership to GlobalKeyz. Copy the component first so the dealer does not need to type it manually.

    Open Test DPC on the customer phone.

    Tap search and type transfer.

    Open Transfer ownership.

    Paste the copied component and tap Transfer.

    GlobalKeyz opens and completes device registration.
Fresh or factory-reset phone

Use this page. FRP protection is available only after GlobalKeyz becomes Device Owner and the dealer hierarchy has FRP recovery configured.

Already running customer phone

Use the running-device QR instead. It supports reminders, overlay restriction screens, basic admin lock, and telemetry, but Android does not allow strong FRP enforcement without Device Owner.
